My main role in this project was as Art Director.
–   I was in charge Environment and Characters Design
–   Character Modeling and texturing and most of the environment modeling and texturing.
–   Lighting, shading and the configuration of the render settings.
– edition, compositing and color grading for the final piece.

AR Projects

This is a collection of different projects I participated on while working on 3Dementes. All of them used Augmented Reality technology to interact with the users, some of them are games and others are small applications about specific products.

In all this projects I was in charge of the 3D modeling in Low Poly for the AR, rigging and animation if needed for the application, the exportation process and I also made some of the textures.

Froggy Frog

This was the first Game Demo I participated on, and the first game made in 3Dementes. the goal of this game is to take the frog though all the obstacles and finish the level.

       

Futbol

This was a futbol soccer Game Demo, I was in charge of all the 3D modeling, rigging and animation.


Santillana

This project is about the implementation of the AR in all the elementary school text books of Santillana Publishing House, which includes the science, maths, language and geography text books.(it’s still in progress). I was in charge of all the 3D modeling, texturing, rigging and animation. Also I was in charge of the exportation process from Maya to different formats for the AR application.

  
 
  
  

Tecnocentro

This was a proposal of virtual models for the space distribution of Tecnocentro in Augmented Reality in three different stages: Games and entertainment room, Conference room and coffee Place. In this project I was in charge of all the 3D modeling, texturing and light baking. Also I was in charge of the exportation process from Maya to different formats for the AR application.

 

Mama-ia

This was an Advergame game developed for a Brand Activation Event for brownies mama-ia, Harinera del Valle. I was in charge of the 3D Modeling, Texturing and exportation process from Maya to different formats for the AR application.
This application was nominated to LÁPIZ DE ACERO 2011 Award

     

Zona Franca

This was a small game for Zona Franca Bogotá used in activation events were the players could get different prices for playing. I was in charge of all the 3D modeling, texturing, rigging and animation. Also I was in charge of the exportation process from Maya to different formats for the AR application.

Resphimat

This was a project for Boehringer Ingelheim. It was a digital invitation in Augmented Reality to the release event of “Spiriva Respimat” . I was in charge of all the 3D modeling, texturing and animation. Also I was in charge of the exportation process from Maya to the different formats for the AR application.


 

CI Progress

This was a small project for an environmental campaign that required growing a digital plant online to get to the final message. I was in charge of all the 3D modeling, texturing and animation. Also I was in charge of the exportation process from Maya to different formats for the AR application.

El Pibe

This video was made as a trailer while working in 3dementes for a game demo called “La Banda”. Includes the video of the main song and some interaction with the game demo.
My participation was on the 3D modeling, rigging and animation for the game and the introduction video, and also the lighting and edition of the video.

Alley Champion

I made this video on 2010 for the intro of a game demo called “Alley Champion“, while working in 3dementes. This video includes the intro and some interaction with the game demo.

My participation was on the 3D modeling,texturing, rigging and animation using the videogame pipeline and the same process but oriented to the video which also included the lighting and edition of the video.

In this project I was in charge of all the 3D modeling, rigging, texturing, lighting, animation and rendering of the characters for the game and the promotional video.

Note: I did all the textures of the characters except for the bold man.
